Memorial Day is coming and for many, it's a day of remembering loved ones, who have fought and given their lives for our country, and sending flowers & wreaths. It is also a time to remember those who, though did not die, but did leave behind parts of themselves in whatever war they fought. It is also a time to remember those soldiers in the hospitals fighting to make sense of their torn up lives.
I some times wonder which is worse, dying swiftly or dying piece by piece in a hospital where most of the time there are no answers to your questions. Some people wonder does Hell exist? Ask one of the wounded in the hospitals, whose wound, whether physical or mental, whether Hell exists. They will probably say " I am in it.
War is Hell!
